Automatic biscuit box hotmelt glue sealing machine
（1）Main features:

1. Suitable for all carton packing that needs to be glued and sealed. For example: biscuits, food, medicine, tissue boxes and other packaging carton sealing;

2. Put the materials into the conveyor belt after finishing by people and work, automatically glue and seal on the machine;

3. The amount of glue used by the machine is about 1/3 of that of manual sealing box glue, and the amount of glue used is very small;

4. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, meeting food grade standards;

5. Casters are installed at the bottom to move easily;

6. Touch screen control automatically adjusts the specifications; those without any experience can be familiar with the use in a short time.





(2)Usage:

1. install the conveyor belt into the box;

2. install the inverted rotary disc of the paper box of the finished product discharged from the tail;

3. turn on the power switch and adjust the size of the production box with the touch screen numerical control (enter the guide interface);

4. set the rubber wheel at a fixed point (point and adjust, position the rubber wheel flexibly when the box goes to the position of the rubber groove);

5. put the hot melt adhesive into the glue tank -- install the purifier, set the heating temperature of the box sealing machine according to different hot melt adhesive, and wait for the glue to melt completely;

6. turn on the gas source and press the start button;

7. place the carton packed with products into the conveyor belt of the box sealing machine;

8. automatic transmission; the sealing machine starts to automatically complete the gluing and folding cover to send the finished products.





（3）Product quality assurance:

1. The material is made of stainless steel aluminum, fine and durable. All the stainless steel produced by AOD refining furnace is guaranteed not to rust and brown.

2. Three passes pass, guarantee factory product absolute high quality durable;

(1) after installation, it must be carefully tested by the inspector.

(2) the inspection is good, and it must be started up.

(3) conduct sample making inspection again before delivery.
