How to Create a Spinning Menu Wheel on Hover

I'm trying to make a wheel where the menu item I scroll to pops up a larger outer ring with more submenu items listed in that ring... any idea how to do that? I probably worded that weird...

I am really appreciative for this video, although I am having a lot of trouble adjusting some things for both the table and phone view. The menu get stuck in an awkward place and then when I adjust the wheel and title of the page to be next to eachother.. things get smushed and screwed up. Any tips?

Good stuff! Divi is the bomb-diggity!! :) Best theme I've ever worked with. My favorite builder for WP was the Oxygen plugin, but even that pales in comparison to what all Divi can do. Keep up the good work!
