i forgot about lot traits but that would explain why every damn time i cook the oven starts on fire? My sims have a decent cooking skill and i even bought a nicer oven but i'm dead broke because every time i get some money the oven starts on fire again and i'm down another $1k

I did not turn auto aging off in one of my saves so nearly everyone was a ghost and I was clubbing with them while my sim was terrified.

I always thought uprooting plants deleted them?

lmfao what is professional simmer? its literally a chill game that you can enjoy to relax, this isnt a competition, and making money in sims is the easiest thing to do even for a beginner player.

Herbs??? Go with roses. I have a family with $3m+ from one guy that had way too many roses like 5 generations ago.

if u shift click on the mailbox u can repeal any decisions the NPCs have voted on

One get rich quick tip that I don't see many do is to live in Brindleton Bay (cats and dogs) in the Cavalier Cove neighborhood. Create a sim with the Collector Trait. That neighborhood is filled to the brim with collectables. Even more so because stray pets will dig up and leave piles of presents around for you to just put in your inventory to sell. Super easy way to make money for a Rags to Riches or Legacy challenge.

It took me forever to figure out how to disable voting. I had sims beating up their spouses and sims wearing bags on their heads! I didn’t know what to do so I started setting death traps for unruly sims, and then my favorite sim became unruly. It was chaotic!

Neighborhood stories in a nutshell:
- Currently not in world. Why? Cat only in household.
- Sim with 7 adopted animals.
- Single sim home with 6 sims.

For gardening I usually go down the dragonfruit route you just harvest snapdragon flowers and strawberries in the garden area in that first neighborhood in willow creek after some gardening (level 5) you can graft them and get dragonfruits that sell for like a lot early on

Buy just placing down five plants made my entire game lag. There's got to be a better way.

I really like to replace my townies with better versions from the gallery. It's a very small thing but it makes a big difference when Akira Kibo has depth and not just a siz pack.

I always make a square home from scratch that contains only the essentials. I then proceed to cheese by downloading the beast easel from the gallery and turning my sim into Van Gough within two days. Realism paintings sell for up to 10k with masterpieces 😎

I sorta disagree on staying away from the lot challenges. You can turn them on and off, and the gremlins lot challenge actually gives you lots of opportunity to improve handiness, which gives you the skill to upgrade house items which in the long game, makes life easier.
Or if you are playing with a witch or wizard in the house you can use the breaking items as a free skill game by repairo'ing everything.

what i took away from this video is that sims can be quite annoying 😂😂

The tips about cheaper stuff is basicaly "Pay real money to get a discount in game"

What most pro players do that I don't do is cheat. I have never put a cheat code in my game. No need. Never had the needs to do that. 3 generations and got 957mil. My sims work hard for their money. Yes, I know lots pro cheats by the vidoes they post..

Patchy helps himself to your garden produce sometimes. You need to keep an eye on Patchy.
