Not too bad of a feature.. Samsung already had a online one that customer service pro could go in and fix some issues. So this is a nice feature will help many feel less worried

This is great news, I've never had to take my android phones in for repairs. I did have to take my iPhone 10 to the Apple store for repairs some years back. The genius clown says unlock your phone and we'll take care of it. I thought hell no, so I erased it and said here you go. I like what Sammy is doing. Great video.

Xiaomi has a feature called second space. You get an entirely fresh install tied to a different fingerprint/PIN. If I was sending in a MIUI phone for repair, I'd give them that alternate PIN. All phones should have something like this.
