ОтветитьI used to get agitated when my pup would lick my face or my neck. I dont know if i was thinking about it bot being hygenic or what but aince starting meditating 10 days ago inhavent felt agitated by it or man other things!

ОтветитьGuys please, SPP Police(Romania-from Ether) is ruining my Life by Mind Control from Ether – for the sake of their sexual experiments – and they are erasing my memory every night! Even right now they told me that they want to erase my memory in sleep again – to me and also to all those who contributed to my harm today and in the last period, that what they did to me, to not be find out by higher beings, or their officers. Please Help me! Send some Guides/Higher Beings to Stop them forever! They are doing these things to me for about 4 months in the row. They are making all kinds of adjustments to my consciousness to made me lose control over my body to be easier controllable by them! Please Help me! They are destroying my life!!!! ОтветитьI can't belive this video is 10 years ago. I am crying when he said about we spend 47% of time wondering. I am slowly trying meditation everyday, I think it's time to go back to headspace again.

ОтветитьI found a great way to meditate while running. Just keep running until the crisis stops, when your body goes “oh, why am I sweating? Am I breathing right, what if I slow down my heart rate? Interesting lets keep running.” Fun stuff meditation.

ОтветитьWhen he said our minds are lost in thought 47% of the time my eyes just looked at the top of my screen unexpectedly and my charge was 47% 😲
ОтветитьI don't know whether meditation is good or not, but after 2 weeks of practicing, my life get better and I can concentrate much more deeply on my own things
