Setting up your 4K TV Box

Your user manual isn't great. Namely it doesn't say what to do if you don't have internet. Which I'm sure is possible but is rather distressing for elederly relatives trying to get it set up when this isn't covered at all!

If ever I feel down I will return here & read some of these comments as it will lift me up as there are lots worse off than me 👍

Just used sky perfectly but this box does find any signal, no idea why!

I have now entered my wifi password 6 times on the Freesat 4K box and it did not work. Entered the same password once on new Philips TV and worked immediately. I am ready to throw the box out of the window.

Can anyone tell me, why does my freesat box keeps initialising on start up even when it's in standby mode and not switched off at the mains?

for starters throw away those shit batteries and also before buying check to see if you can skip forward or back and not just fast forward and rewind
