This clip is so satisfying, man. Controller users are not aiming by themselves. 40% of their aiming is 'assisted' by a robot. I'm pretty sure if controller users had put the same amount of time on MnK, their tier would be at least worse because Apex is pretty much about shooting well.

I play on controller and that close - close mid range aim assist is way to strong everyone up close has a heavy beam. Even kids that are straight bots who literally stand still and shoot can one clip up close. If you have movement and can also shoot from range on controller then your actually skilled

I dont care about aim assist on console because all my opponents have it, but it existing on pc against players who dont have it is crazy

The Simplest solution would be to just stop them competing against eachother entierly, theres massive unfairness on either side, all ill say is theres a reason a whole bunch of PC players including most pros have made the switch to roller

Its not full on aim bot but it definitely is a form of aim bot. With controller there is a built in computer program helping you aim and track targets, and that after I've played both inputs.

I took Predator with my friends in season 2 and 3 and we stopped playing, but that time was fun and challenging, we started playing again and it's pathetic, many times we suffer because we are melted in less than 1 second, sometimes we are watching who killed us and most are slow moving and stuck, they shoot randomly and hit everything. aim assist destroys the game. numerous bad players are being carried by aim assist

As a MNK player I just don't want apex legends to become another COD(I believe there is no doubt the latest COD is a roller game, especially they nerfed movement). It is really difficult to find another similar shooting game. Perhaps Respawn just wants to make apex to be a roller game or it just gives up to balance AA.

yeah controller is hard for beginner but not hard as well if u played long enough to master it just like MNK,so putting aim assist on it because of the handicap is an excuse

I don't play Apex but its like this everywhere.. Halo Infinite at launch was probably the most hilarious..
When you have a doubt plug your controller and see the results by yourself.. On some games you'll realize that you have an higher precision % with a controller in 10 minutes of playtime than 200 hours on MnK its freakin hilarious

Controller on pc is more aim assist , I switched to pc values on my Xbox series s an the aim assist was locking on to people . Compared to not locking on with Xbox values . That’s my 2 cents .. just go to firing range an find out the real truth people .

As a former controller player. It is broken for its aim. But MnK is broken for its movement and long range. Other then that. Both are broken depending on your play style.

keyboard and mouse at range is broken, its basically aimbot.

People keep saying mnk is better at movement, so controller need Aim Assist to compete. when you have to learn the movement that needs arrowkeys , spacebar, scrollwheel, direction and timing every single time while pressure is in top. while Aim Assist input just need your thumbs. At the middle of the fight , mnk still needs more user inputs and effort than controller that have to many configs.
