Ответитьweird, i've read a few studies and articles who mentioned bunch of studies and everywhere it says that combining carbs with fat, protein and fiber slows down and lowers the rise of blood sugar.

ОтветитьI still burned quite a moderate amount of body fat combining fats with carbs, but here’s the caveat.
I ate strictly clean carbs (veggies, fruits, quinoa, brown rice, oatmeal) while my fats were from seeds, nuts, oils, fatty fish and avocado. I wanted to lose weight as slowly as possible, and lifting weights really helped as well. A body recomp is far more effective than a straight cut for the long term. It was hard to get enough calories some days, but you have to remain consistent and maintain the mindset.
You only talked about sugar as carbs what about grains as carbs with fat such as organic oats and milk or yogurt. Or Rye bread with cheese and tomato. Will these spike insulin ?

A sandwich on whole-grain bread, filled with avocado, mustard, lettuce, tomato and sprouts. Served with a leafy side salad and a baked sweet potato topped with butter. You could follow this meal with some dark chocolate for dessert!
A properly-combined ANIMAL PROTEIN meal might look something like this:

ОтветитьProtein plus carbs as a postworkout does spike insulin, which drives not only glucose into cells, but also amino acids. I do fat and protein around noon, then protein plus carbs (nf milk and honey nut cheerios) as a post workout: whey for instantly available protein, casein for delayed release protein, and crunchy oat carbs to drive them in faster (and something to think about towards end of weight training session).

Somebody would explain what is fat and what are carbs. I mean if I have a baked potato and I put some butter or margarine on it that I kill off the baked potato. If I have spaghetti and I put spaghetti sauce on it which has sugar in it did I just kill it off? If I have a carrot and I put butter on it oh, did I just check myself up?
