Ответитьcan someone help? My headphones won’t charge, i tried connecting the usb, holding the bluetooth button to the right, then plugging it in, but it still didn’t work, if anyone can help this will save me lots of stress

ОтветитьTried everything..Bose instructions worthless. App shows connected, Spotify says it's playing to QC35II, Galaxy S23 says connected, but NO lit LED (S'posed to be Blue????) on earphones, and virtually no sound..no Spotify, and no Bose voice indicating. Tried your. Factory Reset, but no Red Flashing LED appeared. Past warranty...Very disappointed in Bose products. Is something broken inside the earphone???
ОтветитьThere is no need to have them connected to your device, but they DO need to be ON before doing this, which the website instructions are not clear about.

ОтветитьIm surprised thiss worked! I tried the hard reset for about 50 seconds and the right light never came but then the message to connect came up on my phone. Thank you for the help 😊

Connect the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port on the right earcup. (do not plug into power yet). Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right and hold it while connecting the other end of the USB cable into a USB wall charger.

ОтветитьThank you! In my case the aware/quiet mode switch stopped working and the reset seems to have helped. The instructions on their Website are useless. Frankly, the whole Bose app- and user experience is surprisingly irritating and confusing. So thank you again for taking the time to make this video, much appreciated! :)
ОтветитьThis video works! - I have the Bose QC45 and while I was resetting them about 15 secs in the light stopped blinking and went back to a solid white color but I kept holding the bottom and switch toward the Bluetooth and around 32 secs the light flashed 2 or 3 times red and the headset put itself back into paring mode. Thanks a lot for the help!
ОтветитьHi , maybe someone can help me . I have these exact headphones that I bought a few years ago , they still in a perfect condition but they are connected to an old device that I no longer have. Every time I’m trying to connect my iPhone and pair it to my headphones it says it connected to the old device and that the devices has not found. How can I pair my iPhone to them??? Someone please help me I don’t want to throw them away

ОтветитьThis did not reset my headphones and the procedure was annoying to keep trying. I found another video on here and the headphones were reset in 30 seconds....

The customer service said send $320 with old headphone and replace new.
Bought at $500. It is $370 on the market price
It is second headphones, the same brand, break down every 2 years
QC WAS BAD AND NOW NC ALSO DRAG ME CAZY
The difference between the procedure in the Bose manual and this video: manual says to remove the headphone device from phone Bluetooth connection list and the Bose app and start with headphones off. This video suggests not removing the device from phone and app and starting with headphone on and connected.
Have you tried the Bose manual procedure with only one change: start with headphones ON ?

ОтветитьThank you so much for this video, I bought these a week ago and the sound is already going in and out. I ordered another set and Ill return these, but I wanted to test out the factory reset first. The directions from Bose were worthless, I am so glad It wasnt me not doing it right lol. I really liked my NC700, but the QC45 have actually a much stronger Noise Cancellation which is what I need them for. The only downfall is the sound is not as good as the 700, the Base is less and the Treble is higher. I have adjusted in the EQ settings but its not the best. I am hoping to try a 3rd party EQ app. If you know of one that would be great. Again, thank you so much for helping me reset, I will test them again to see if the problem persists before returning them. I hope I don't have the issue with the replacement set I ordered.

Ответитьto clear the blue tooth device list from previous devices, slide and hold the button on the right ear muff, to the right, until it says "bluetooth device list cleared"
ОтветитьDidn't work at all. Bose is so crap they can't even do factory reset right!?
So much money, and I've probably spent 20 hours to get them to work on PC/laptop and the sound isn't even good. Inexcusable. So much for paying for reliability.
