Hydro Thunder(6/16/99 Dreamcast Prototype) Unfinished Castle Von Dandy

Just earlier today I discovered that two prototypes of the Dreamcast version of this game exist.They both have been dumped somewhat recently,one being this early build,and another being a PAL review copy from late in development.I'm still looking at this prototype for all the differences between this and the final,as there are quite a few of them,this unfinished Castle Von Dandy being among them.
Looks very different to the final version,also there are no boosts,ramps,anything except for the level geometry and the water. This difficulty that flashes on the track image in the select screen is Easy.

It seems that no one else has really looked at either of these prototypes,as i've found no info on them except for the very little that can be found on Hidden Palace.
More videos on this prototype and PAL one(if I can get it working) are coming. This was done on Demul,on the latest public build as of the writing of this description.
