AWS, GCP and Azure use-case will be for startup companies and then evolving to big one. But for small project you can go from basic hosting like Hostinger, I have several client account on those one, as well some other dedicated server which provide mo with much power like in AWS and GCP but the price is half on what I paid every month. Also please consider there is also hidden charges to AWS, GCP and Azure which not explain on the calculator so be careful when implementing a project on the cloud services and at least tell your boss that the price you set is not final it may go UP or go DOWN if utilizing the cloud services.

so, this video does not answer the question around price but it does send a sales pitch to their sponsor. Title says Price, but you dont go thru their prices, making it a waste of time for us, your viewers.

Been using linux based dedicated servers , depending on site if its woocomerce or something very simple decide the number of cpu cores and memory of it. Luxury of it is being the owner and adjusting anything you like with the root ssh access. And its very cheaper compared to any cloud services mentioned.

Considering cloud I think Digital Ocean, Linode or Vultr could be great choice for individual developer.

We can have static website with form submission triggering an (API gateway and lambda integration). So the backend submission can be handled by serverless lambda. For sudden increase in traffic which result into dozens reads operations we can have cloudwatch alarms which will spins up read replicas for given database reducing load on current database.

I mostly work with small clients and my clients always want a fixed price and they don't want to use a credit card to sign up for a cloud provider... So I just use a vps everytime I want to host a website. It needs a little setup but it gets the job done ✅

I think DegitalOcean, OVH cloud are better solution coupled with cloudflare as cdn for caching and also use cloudflare worker if you want to use Remix or if your code can run on v8 without Nodejs env . Cloudflare doesn't change you for bandwidth so you will save bandwidth cost for the cached request.

DegitalOcean/OVH/Linode/Vultr are better Developer friendly than Hostinger for similar cost.
Also when you surpass bandwidth limit you can get extra for 100gb/1$

And for S3 use Backblaze B2. They doesn't change you for bandwidth if you proxy your request through cloudflare. Only cost you'll pay 5$/TB for storage.
