Out of these various translation tools for Linux, which ones actually store the software on your computer? I would like to find a translator program that can work if the internet is down. Or if there's power problems when I have to use battery power for the laptop or phone only.

Because many apps for phones seem to not work if your connection is cut off this made me wonder about this.

So, these are just pre made language models? what if you are using a language that's not listed. I'm indigenous and trying to create one for my language and there's no place for inputting my lagnuage.
