Why don't you mix things in a bowl for so that the olive oil and spices is evenly coated and then add it to your sheet pan. It makes sure that every piece has a little bit of everything.

I’m a little late to the party but you may be interested in the Ninja SP351. It’s a smart air fryer/dehydrator/toaster oven and looks like it may be able to hold one of those sheet pans! My parents have one 🙂

Just came up with a new breakfast that is good. Put pimento cheese spread on a wrap. Add onions and green peppers.(Thise are chopped in freezer.) Add some bacon bits and microwave it. Quick, healthy and easy.

You could also try thyme as an option on your lemon rosemary chicken. Thyme is my favorite and a classic is French cooking.😊

I made your lime chicken and rice today and it was delicious & a great low calorie main dish. I am trying to cut calories so am always on the look out for a good recipe that doesn't have added sugars or cream soups. I have the ingredients to make the cinnamon raisin artisan bread from one of your other videos. Thanks for all the great ideas - you are amazing.

I only have 1 Sheet Pan Recipe that I like ( I've tried about a dozen) I cut up Potatoes into bite size, then cut various Veggies, and toss them in Olive Oil and sprinkle on Dry Ranch Dressing mix and coat all the veggies, and pour them onto a foil lined pan, place into oven @400 then cook for 15 minutes, meanwhile I slice a whole Kielbasa into 1/4 thick slices, pull the veggies and place the Kielbasa slices on top of the Veggies and back into the oven for about 15-20 minutes, when the Kielbasa starts to Char, keep it going until most are Charred and remove from the Oven, my Family LOVES to squirt on a little mustard from the Yellow Plastic Bottle to add to the seasoning.

Your oven might have an air fryer function

U over salt!!! Let people taste & see if they need more salt. Don’t assume people like that much salt. Salt is not people’s friend in excess. High blood pressure is not fun for anyone. Learn other spices to use as a substitute for salt.

I enjoy watching your videos. You mentioned "what is life without a lot of cheese" -- we have dairy intolerances in my family. I would love to see a sheet pan video of all recipes without dairy products. I'm always looking for some inspiration, but it has to be dairy free.

A convection oven is then same as an air fryer. We just like to spend money on smaller appliances. Check your prices when looking for a new cook stove. They’ll charge you more for the words ‘air fryer’ than ‘convection’ and it’s the same thing.
