Ok, the text says:
-Who is this for? Everyone. Even people who are good need to test themselves on the basics.
-and if you're new, Great! You're welcome too!
-What is easing? Every action starts and stops, but never instantly. You emulate this by starting an action slowly and ending it slowly.
-What is this? In every frame, there's this box. Every frame this box will move a small amount.
-Your task? In this box, you will have to draw a stick figure and animate him so he stays in the box.
-You must move with the box, don't go through the floor, don't go out of the box, and animate every single frame.
-This will cause you to ease way more than you normally should, so keep that in mind.
-Ok now go, be creative~
