How about trying Eb, and join the gospel bass player drop tuning.

Both Yesterday and My Generation were recorded with the tuning dropped down like this.

I was looking for drop tuning on traditional hymns. But the Lord works in mysterious ways!
You should have many more "likes" etc... I've checked out some of your original works. I really like them... especially "Come & See"
