180 is still worth it

Great review guys. Was able to try the barrel proof as well as a bunch of other allocated whiskeys at a whiskey bar in Reno,NV. Barrel proof was a little too hot for my liking, but I would still buy it at $180 for the collection.

Good review. I’ll keep my eyes open for that single barrel. I found the small batch for $129. Is that a good price?

EHT barrel proof is my first choice.

I agree fully, id take a single barrel first. Barrel proof is hot enough it does take away from the flavor. If you get a chance to try the straight rye do it! That one is amazing too

Lost me. Barrel Proof by far better than the Single Barrel. I’ve had Single Barrel Store picks and regular Single Barrel. I would prefer the Small Batch. That Barrel Proof is Apple Pie. Brown sugar, caramel, then rolls into an apple note, and then long finish cinnamon spice. Barrel Proof by far is the best.

Great review. Never had the single barrel, but have had the small batch on two occasions. The best was on a cruise and I pretty much killed the bottle myself. Best part was it was priced at $17 a pour, but with drink package was getting it for $2. They wouldn't let me keep the bottle in the end

I love the EH Taylor line.
My go to is the small batch. The single barrel is hard to get by me and normally tastes pretty similar to me.

I bunkered 4 from 2017 at $76 I knew it would get out of hand so I got ahead of it

Never see it for 180, always over 400. I would take the barrelproof over the single any day.

Was able to get my first bottle of EH Taylor Small Batch for $50. Saving for a get together with my brother and cousin. Would try the Barrel Proof and Single Barrel if I could find at a reasonable price.

I’ve gone from low proof to high proof and am making my way back to enjoying 100-110 proof. Great finds guys.

Another great review. I missed on the BP Taylor. Looks like I’m missing out. Glad I have a few single barrel Taylor’s. Cheers to another great video.

Hi guys, awesome channel spot on review of the EHTBP batch 11. I agree I prefer single barrel vs this one, as it’s off profile, and astringent. My two favorite EH Taylor’s are batch 9 and then batch 12 in that order.
