How this wins? i mean most of the time they are all at same position. its unimaginable to reach at first. you might able to cross 1 ahead but not all. can anyone let me know the rules and how to win or becom first?

I'd just like to put in that that ambulance or van and other cars on the side of the track a few corners after the built up section were parked in a criminally dangerous position. Recipe for tragedy. Bad organisation/supervision. Great action though
