So does this game take place after the original or is it a prequel?, I hope they make a third game of the series.

Tinker Knight's first phase gets increasingly pathetic throughout the timeline.

He goes from a personal flying machine, to riding a beyblade, to "EEEK!"

I love the idea of mole knight being fire in the original so now he is water

I like how they still gave tinker knight a second phase with a bigger mech like the tank in the main games

So... is this essentially a PREQUEL to the original Shovel Knight?

i'm glad they have kept the tradition of the OG shovel knight of having chaotic barely cohesive boss patterns that make virtually no sense and can hit you at any given moment. that was a vital to the experience clearly

Is this game taking place before the first Shovel Knight ? With him not being famous as opposed to the first game, Tinkerer knight only starting to build his mech and Mole knight getting his first game look in the epilogue.

I like how tinker knight holds his neutrality from all the other shovel knight games of being an absolute pushover at first but then brings out his mech and then the fight becomes as chaotic as the other fights

You would expect Treasure Knight to appear with all that money laying around

Is it just me, or in every boss scenario are there roots or horns in the background that look suspiciously like the Enchantress?

Kinda surprised there wasn't some kind of secret final boss or something after Drill Knight. Kinda felt like it was leading up to him unleashing some kind of major evil or something from the vault that you'd have to fight.
