Cyberpunk 2077 - How to BOOST FPS and Increase Performance on any PC

my fps stays the same with ray tracing on or off...its stuck at 50

RT truly is eating a shit ton of FPS, even on Patch 1.6 and I got an RTX 3060. While my friend can play easy with everything on Ultra with his 3060ti... mine can't without dropping to 40ish fps.

With all that resources on graphics, I don't even think cyberpunk look as good as Warframe.

I thought everybody saying to turn on that stupid game mode...

Resetting the game after applying this was a life saver I was getting maybe 50-65 fps with these enabled and after restarting it went up to 85-100 the lowest drop was 85 but it usually borders around 90 outside

game mode : on or game mode : off will boost fps bro?

In graphics setting you can also add cyberpunk and put it on high performance. There was an issue with horizon where doing this helped a lot.

I'm not sure what's going on but ever since the big patches I'm getting under 40 frames no matter what settings I do. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, no luck. I have a rtx 2070 super and ryzen 5 3600. Before the big patches I could literally run the game just fine on 60fps on ultra with dlss on and ray tracing off.

For low end machines even if you have it on ssd, turn on the slow hdd option, it removes most of the stuttering while driving.

I have a 3900x and a 2070 super with 16GB of ram. I get no more than 50 frames, more like 30-40 inside of the city. After following the video, I get about 60. Any recommendations? @kephren

I have tried everything on low and 1280x720 but i still experience hard stuttering / not rendering textures and fps drop and unstable...any helps?

One thing you forgot to mention is overclocking, me overclocking my 1080 made a massive difference in performance!~

Hey what up nice video I'm actually trying it at the moment to see if I'm able to play the game without stuttering. I don't actually know where my rig lands all parts are newly bought and assembled.

The catch is that I currently don't own a monitor so I use my 55" samsung UHD Tv to play on my computer, refresh rate set at 60fps (tv max refresh rate) so normally I set the game at 3840x2160 otherwise the games will look blurry at 1440p. Let me say the game runs perfectly at high settings dlss performance. What a beautiful game and to cruise around night city this is the situation. If I don't put vsync I see tearing ( it's a big screen and I'm really close) I put vsync and the picture looks better and smooth but sometimes it comes from 60 lock to 50 while cruising on the city. Again this only happens exclusively while driving. So now I ended my test. Left the settings just as you but at 2160p vsync locked and only playing the game nothing else but the afterburner. I'm still looking at the dips of 5 to 10 fps less from 60. This also rarely occurs while going through a tunnel from dark to light. I just literally upgraded my pc to play this game and I truly enjoy it but I wish it wouldn't come down from 60 fps. I really believe that the rig that I have can perform. Greetings from Panama! bro my i5 8600k was bottlenecking my gpu, was sitting around 10% gpu usage... did what you told me to and fucker is running at 90%now. it gave me almost a 60% improvement on fps. THANK YOU !

Just have to say something man, & idc how mean this comes off, because it's not. It's constructive criticism. So i'm just going to be straight & honest with you my man, because i'm not going to be like most people that just be nice about everything all the time to come off as "good people" (Whatever that is lol),.......................... You talk too much... I watched this video with the intent of seeing setting recommendations/demonstrations, especially since this is technically a tutorial video, & I really honestly had to skip through sooooooooooo much, because you just kept going on & on about all these extra things & didn't find necessary to hear. At least not for what this video is advertised as in the title. Not that the extra things you said WEREN'T helpful (Some things were just you making small talk though -_-), but that's not what I clicked the video for based off the title....... Just get to the point, show your recommended settings & demonstrate them through gameplay & DONE! ! You get more views & more importantly WATCH TIME & it's less work for you too, aaaaand I can just get the info I need right away & we can BOTH go about our lives more conveniently faster.... We both get what we want.
