I work with Gmail business at work and all the emails in the Inbox 📥 are annoying.

1). You showed us only when a new message comes in thatit goes to the newly created folder.

2). I want to be able to place all existing folders into the newly created folder. How is that accomplished.

Thank you! Most guides I've found so far didn't include the "Skip the Inbox (Archive It)" selection, so they just referred to only labelling emails and not actually moving them out of the Inbox into that label folder.

How do I undo that please help
