although I wonder if I could clean the mirror properly
without leaving residue around the base of the lights.

This house was cool but NOT like the last one you showed. I think that ruined it. It was pure luxury. That one room with the pocket door to the bathroom doesn't make sense (no privacy anyone can walk in on you or you can walk in on someone either way inconvenient)

I love the exterior design! Stock builders seem to do a great job!

I like both paneled fridge and non paneled… I guess it depends on the style of the home etc… I do not like the lights in the mirrors..I feel it would look outdated sooner than later In my opinion.

I would redesign the laundry room way too many cabinets my dream laundry room as follows; a pull down ironing board with iron a folding table,closet for cleaning tools broom mop etc.. a rolling a laundry basket, minimal cabinets a small sink ,a clothing rack or pole for non dryable items, and a small TV!!! Thank you!

The staging was so superb that as a buyer I would ask for all the furniture too!! Love everything about this home: space, layout, windows, flooring, decor/fixtures, and lake view. 9.5/10!!! Great video/tour. Take care!!!

Don't like the kitchen and living room setup. Looks like an office building the sofas doesn't help I'll feel like I'm sitting down waiting to be called for my appointment. More like a luxury hotel lobby, come down for your continental breakfast. The bedrooms garage laundry room and outside view was nice. Outside the bedrooms it doesn't feel homey more like a nice warehouse with artifacts and other what not stuff

Instead of referring to the back patio area as just that, or a Linai — May I suggest the terms Sunroom and or Solarium for what these last few houses have had. Primarily Solarium tho as the walls and ceiling are both glass. Idk, two totally different feels and vibes calling it covered patio or Linai.

Would LOVE to have any of these Solariums though!

Marcus. What size was the refrigirator? 36,42 or 48?
I would add a gas wolf stove instead of stove top and O would removed the regular wall oven and add a steam oven and a speed oven to the kitchen.
I wonder if I could extend the house 5 feet? It would be nice to add a card table to the room.
In the laundry room I would change some cabinets for a broom closet and a fold down ironing board.
Do you guys think my wife would like those changes?
For me I only want one thing that men always get discriminated with. And that is an urinal so I would like to have the water closet extended a foot or two.
