You have empty bedrooms but 3 people sleeping in one.

Be careful when selecting animals for a caravan. The ones at the top of the list are usually young ones, which carry almost nothing and actually slow the entire caravan down. If you want to speed the group up take animals from the bottom of the list.

Hey gtg, why you don't make the prisoners room same larger like the hospital so you can take a lot of prisoners. Also you can make the prisoners as a slave so you can sell them to the trader. Love your videos always

You can send transport pods with just items to settlements but it is counted as a gift. Therefore you will have to send a person to do the quest trade, which means you have to walk back. Or you could send a couple people and enough chemfuel to launch them back. Then settle a temporary colony just to mine enough steel and components to build the launchers and pods. Should only take a day or two. If you do walk back, wait until spring, and send couple adult alpacas that are not pregnant, and the trip should take far less.

There is at least one bonded animal that is not assigned to the right master (has broken heart symbol). That's an easy +8 mood.

Some of the animals still have packs on which means they still have gear on them from last caravan. You can temporarily up the 'load' work priority or click the animal and drop each item from the gear screen.

the animals with saddlebags have still gear from a caravan loaded... you have to manually drop the stuff in the "gear" tab if you have selected the animal... very annoying that the colonists won't unpack them automatically...

The quest requires normal+ quality parkas just FYI, in the first caravan you had some poor quality parkas selected.
