I know this is an old video but thank you for explaining the audio distortion because every video i have watched shows audio from and audio to at 0.00db working completely fine without distortion and some pedals i have noticed dont need as much adjusting as others. Chase bliss pedals are a PiTA and require a lot of gain staging in order to avoid distortion for me at least. Thank you for this i thought maybe something was wrong there for a bit with my gear or routing but seems to be normal to get rid of audio distortion.

Hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this - done everything as described in the video. I am trying to playback the output from my Macbook speakers, does this mean I cant have the output of the interface set if I also want it to playback through the MacBook? I'm going to need studio monitors also outputting from the interface? If so - you could mention this!

The latency doesn't work, or at least I don't know hot to wrap my head around it.
If I increase the value in samples or milliseconds it adds latency to the sound instead of correcting it. The result is that I have a track that is out of phase. Is it supposed to work like that?

Can you explain me ho to use an external insert on Ableton?

Tried and unfortunately is making everything feedback in a monstrous way, I have checked everything from connections to routing, nothing changes and the creepy thing is that my output 3 is sending out the full mix sound I don't really understand why! Also I have found that this seems to work better if the track processed is close to 0 dB otherwise the send 3 is not giving enough volume to the input of my external racks :/

I set it up exactly like this with my scarlett 8i6 and mood pedal and its not working. any suggestions anyone? thinking about reinstalling ableton

If I have multiple instrument buses, how I can insert this effect on each bus so I can get different levels for each?
If I use sends, the best I can get is 50% since setting it to max will still keep the full audio signal.
