I am a new Seller on Amazon and I am facing two issues currently not sure how to get these resolved.
1) I am doing my first Private Label Product Listing and I have applied for GTIN Exemption under Home & Garden and I got the GTIN Exemption in 3 days. Now I have to list my product under Home & Kitchen > Kitchen & Dining > Kitchen Storage & Containers > Produce Storage Bags. I see the Product Name and Product Id are still required and highlighted in Red. I have reopened the ticket with Amazon explaining the same but its been 3 days and I have not got any reply from them yet.
As per my Knowledge once I get the GTIN exemption in Home & Garden category. I should be able to create a product in the abobve mentioned category with out a Product Name and Product Id.
Kindly help if I am doing any thing wrong.
2) I am not able to download the NOC documents for FBA Location to get it added in my additional place of business in GST. Some one told me that since I have no listings I might not be able to download.
Well currently I am not able to list my product.. thats more pressing issue.
Any help in this regards is really appreciated.
