Wait, what? I didn't know this was an ending possibility.
ОтветитьI had this ending, but without any speeches :p I just shot AI kid and it started at "SO BE IT".
Ответитьbro, I got all the way to the end and was walking towards the synthesis option when I decided (as a joke) to turn around and bust a shot at the reaper AI leading to this ending. I am beside myself. I have shot at allies and NPCs all 3 games and only at the end did it matter 🤦🏾♂️
ОтветитьHow terrifying it would be for that next cycle... Yeah, we basically came together as one united front... all of our war assets available...and we still lost. Good luck though lmao. What would make it even more brutal is having the human reaper be the vanguard, the Sovereign of this cycle
ОтветитьI started playing this last December (since then I've done 7 playthroughs). The first one I did, I got this ending because I wasn't really paying attention to what was going on, so in frustration, I shot the child. And then that happened lol.
ОтветитьI always imagine that after this the reapers kept Shepard alive to witness everyone else become indoctrinated and instead of using indoctrination on him. They turned all his closest allies against him and had them kill him.
ОтветитьSo... Been awhile since I've been into M.E.
just playing Andromeda and I have a point to make from that game to this.
So, when tf did DESTROY ending but be the "right" choice? I mean. It's canon according to ME4's teaser trailer. It's your goal from the get go.
Like. This is the worst ending, control a little better, synthesis is the I guess nice ending. But DESTROY is the best hands down.
I mentioned Andromeda... The Tempest has FTL capable engines. Even if the mass relays were destroyed, the tech existed. The Galaxy would be reunited.
Even the reapers couldn't develop FTL for their individual ships.
So. Yeah. See you boys when ME4 drops in 2025
I always shoot that little bastard. I wish I could him in the dream sequences too. Fuck kids.
Ответитьthis ending was a wasted opportunity. this should be the ending if you finish with piss poor war score, but if you have max war score it should play out with you winning conventionally so at least in the end all of your war assets matter.
ОтветитьTerrible ending...lol. so depressing.
ОтветитьIt's actually a beautiful and tragic ending. The galaxy would not have fully recovered from this war and coexistence with the Reapers would be impossible. It makes sense that "we" lose and give the next cycle a better fighting chance.
ОтветитьThe only one realistic ending
Ответитьi got this by accident. just shot him when i had to choose which ending to get, so i shot him instead of making a choice and got this ending
ОтветитьIt should've been a pyrrhic victory if you managed to get near maximum war support by the end.
ОтветитьFor me this is the true ending. I think the reapers should have one. I kind of understand them wanting to destroy life from advancing any further. While collecting their knowledge to build a future.
ОтветитьThis ending is so American... 'FREEDOM'!!! EVERYONE IS DEAD BUT FREEDOM!!! especially with the whole mask fiasco going on right now.
ОтветитьWhile this ending basically says everything Shepard and the rest fought for turned out in vain, it’s strangely interesting to see how the reapers could be potentially unstoppable (even though the difference is just shooting an AI...)
ОтветитьI shot the kid like 10 times and no response.
ОтветитьI don't think I like this ending
ОтветитьI really quite like this ending. It would have been better if you could have won with rejecting the star child.
ОтветитьWorst ending possible, even though theyre all bad unless you chose to destroy.
ОтветитьIt's the best one
ОтветитьWhat will the next cycle think when they find out that the crucible is just a giant lightbulb with three diffrent color options?
ОтветитьDamn! This is a very difficult ending to experience. Glad I chose the "control" ending. Wasn't too disappointed in that option.
ОтветитьThis is it...my first ending, which devastated me in real life. But I think it's the best one. It's reflecting reality - sometimes you fight so hard for something but in the end, there are consequences you can't affect. Life aren't those Hollywood happy endings we are use to watch every day in TV...life is life, and sometimes it doesn't ends well
ОтветитьTo me this is the worst possible ending. The reapers winning basically means NOTHING YOU EVER CHOSE TO DO MATTERED. Kind of a huge middle finger to the player in a series where CHOICES HAVING CONSEQUENCES is the basis of the ENTIRE GAME.
I'll call bullshit on the logic of the Destroy, Synthesis, and Control endings all day but at least in those I had a choice as to what happened. I didn't like those choices which is why when I replayed the updated ending to see if I could find the proper middle of the road "right" choice like Shepard had always made before.
So I was eager when I got to this point again to reject the 3 original choices and find a new way. I didn't realize trying to do so meant that I may as well have stayed dead at the beginning of Mass Effect 2 or just gotten everyone killed at the end.
This ending lest such a sour taste that I completely swore off Mass Effect for years; games, videos, fan art, and all.
Andromeda can't come soon enough.
If you want that ending, shoot the kid!
Ответитьhow do u get that ending??????
ОтветитьHow do you the secret endings.....anyone??
ОтветитьFuck you Mac Walters
Ответитьif this is a secret ending i found it on accident :D
ОтветитьI've played this game all the way through almost 8 times that's how good it is and some have played it more
ОтветитьI had a scene with some stargazer people talking (mother and child) after scene with Liara's VI. I really didn't get completely all this endings, its so poorly explained. But anyway I don't regeret a single hour spent playing this awesome game.
ОтветитьI'll never understand why this is considered the best ending...
ОтветитьI liked the comment on So be it. I actually think of Super Shredder from the second Ninja Turtles movie
ОтветитьI shot the kid and it choose me this ending :D
ОтветитьI think this still just kinda tells you that the team/Casey/Mac didn't know what they were doing originally.
Everything in this ending seems ethically correct to me while in the other 3 you're forced to do something completely unideal.
Whenever I hear that "So be it" line, I'm always mentally adding "Jedi" at the end of it.
ОтветитьИграл как хуйло - закончил как хуйло
ОтветитьI wonder what kind of species there will be like in the next 50,000 years.
ОтветитьWut ? How so ? I can't.. It's not.. Why you ?
ОтветитьLeviathan DLC just crush that statement. They are the one initiating the plans for the Crucible.
ОтветитьSo be it.
Ответитьtrick you into choosing the other option's: Control and Synthesis and that's why u gotta choose the Destroy option or just Shoot the kid/Harbringer right between his reaper balls! btw look at this video it will explain alot of things: /watch?v=PZ7bsIpEKIg
ОтветитьAt 0:35 when that kid changed his voice, thats actually The Harbringer talking. Becuse late in the game when u go to the Cerberus Base to recover the stolen Prothean VI, Shepard says to the Prothean VI that the Catalyst (Citadel) was built by the reapers and the VI responds with: The plans for the Crucible was passed down..bla bla bla, after that little conversation EDI said: So we use their own Technology against them and the VI says: Precisely! That means that the kid/Harbringer is trying to..
ОтветитьWe've learned something very important today. God is a pompous little child. Like Joffrey Lannister.
Ответитьthats the better way to do it. I shot the bastard and was stunned wit hwhat i did haha
ОтветитьSo depressing :(
ОтветитьI got this ending by shooting the kids on the face....
