Time for an update. 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьHomes made with Inferior products.
That is frightening.
I wouldnt want to luve in a multi story apartment especially.
A 89 m2 flat is not tiny at all, rather big for one person. In Europe a 89m2 flat is considered as a biger than the average flat for a family with 4 persons.
Ответитьemotional retardation people who dont take pride in their workmenship
ОтветитьDoes anyone know the intro song?
ОтветитьThis is a volatile situation for the globe.
ОтветитьIt's almost like the bible is true.
ОтветитьThe big short
ОтветитьWould be great to get ye guys on Rogan
ОтветитьHaving a building sold out from under you as a renter happened to me in Saskatoon, Canada, until I got sick of the Calgary rat-faced real-estate weasels that were flipping buildings, and bought a house in the country. This is not just a Chinese problem. What's worse is that we went to NDP MLA Pat Atkinson and told her we wanted rent controls. She turned around, went on TV, and said, "My constituents don't want rent controls." She had talked to the building owners only. She never came around to talk to us tenants.
Ответить"Little" ghost town..
Would be nice to know how these things are going today.. I would think they finally have some sense, because so many buildings have demolished too.
do you get a free chicken if you dont buy anything ?
ОтветитьWhy would u actually live in that God forsaken country , uh must be out of ur mind!! I wouldn't step foot in that horrible country!!
ОтветитьSounds like Canada
Ответитьchinese are the most selfish peoples
ОтветитьChinese words look so cool and blessed 🦢
ОтветитьThese guys just showed that in side the cement is not cement its paper and card bord sticks
Ответитьwhats wrong with them? their chinese
ОтветитьChina can never be the world super power its so dumb to even think that is possible the geography alone doesnt allow it
ОтветитьDamn i need a dense metal construction nail just to hang my wifi since a regular nail that meant to be indoor nail for things like this would bend when i try to use it on my wall. Then there's this, fukin bread crumb construction.
ОтветитьThese developers are doing something pretty smart (still scummy). Pumping up the price of small "cities/towns" then dumping their property on people buying into their dream then rinse and repeating in different areas. If you can x3-x10 the property value just by creating hype why not take advantage of it.
Ответить700 sq ft is tiny? That’s harsh, I’d love to live in a place that large
ОтветитьWow. Thats why if they build, they should do everything properly.
ОтветитьWhen I was living in Xi'an, I was lucky to live in a Government / Military owned building that foreigners could get into. I got saluted by two PLA dudes with AKs every time I walked in and out.
ОтветитьYou can buy a 3 bed house with a garage an a nice garden for around £170,000 in Britain so 200,000 dollars is alot for a flat, that's like southern prices aha
ОтветитьOMG COMMERCIALS !!! UNSUBCRIBED ! great show except...
ОтветитьFor me most insightful comment in the video was C-Milk's regarding the government support that will be needed to stop the price collapse from turning into a major economic crisis. I can't help but wonder if the political developments towards a more totalitarian regime under Xi Jinping are related to this problem.
Even though a full-blown economic meltdown can be averted by government intervention a lot of ordinary Chinese citizens who have invested in property are going to find themselves a lot poorer than they thought. In any society that could lead to political unrest. Xi's concentration of power may be the instrument needed to suppress any potential unrest. By the way I'm not approving of that, just speculating. It would be interesting to learn what the CCP's own reports say about this risk.
On the bright side, if this brings an end to the inflated real estate/debt driven Chinese growth figures it a good thing. A good thing for China where it can hopefully turn to real investment. And also a good thing for naive observers in rest of the world who were bamboozled by this growth "miracle" into thinking that the Chinese model was something to be emulate.
I'm so glad you guys got out of that s...t hole country when the getting was good. China looks like one big nightmare.
"Enter the free trip to China contest! First prize: a week in China! Second prize: two weeks in China!"
China, a great developing farce.
Ответитьgiving people an invisible hypothetical parking spot is kinda like people getting "land" in the "Metaverse"
ОтветитьWtf is wrong with these people? Ive come across very rude Chinese folks that refuse to assimilate, are very racist toward Black people, cut in lines, and buy up many houses in certain neighborhoods by packing each house with 10 fkn people each paying rent toward the mortgage
ОтветитьVery similar in Korea. No building standards, no method of working, no common sense. Repair a brick step by slapping in more concrete without brushing away the crumbling concrete or leveling the step, change the plan for a dept store to add restaurants with water heated underfloor, but no plan for stronger supporting frame. ( the whole floor collapsed with customers in it) Hang up a seamstress shingle, then shorten a man's pantlegs two completely different lengths. Its all in the moment, no credentials, no forethought no planning. I think of Korea as this place with an elegant looking rose garden landscape that gives out the odor of open sewage running down the mountain into the garden. ( yes, I was there) Asian cultures want "new," not second hand, appearance is everything, all about "face," not practical reality.
ОтветитьYou got a tofu dreg house? Wow!! That could be dangerous - and I can't believe people would try to buy some place without even looking!! I mean, those apartments look useable, but 600 square feet? And YOU have to do the electrical? What a rip!
I'm surprised we haven't had another 2008 starting in China!
I feel sorry for the regular working people there just trying to find a place to live....
Bad concrete? Foundation of sand in geography where severe earthquakes are common. How do you fix that? With a bulldozer?
ОтветитьBad concrete? Foundation of sand in geography where severe earthquakes are common. How do you fix that? With a bulldozer?
ОтветитьDo they have a form of home owners insurance?
ОтветитьWow, that's crazy.
ОтветитьIn Tunisia property has been going up for 60 years non stop.
ОтветитьI use to live in China. I'm from the USA and my best friend there was British. We use to walk around a lot and drink because we were bored out of our skulls most days. I said to him, "This is a Ponzy Scheme" as we looked at the buildings. They were new and already falling apart. Turns out, it was a Ponzy Scheme that would make Ponzy blush. These ghost towns were even in big cities like Shanghai and Beijing.
ОтветитьYikes, looking at these crummy buildings and realizing this is the country that makes products for the entire world
ОтветитьKeep the rich rich
ОтветитьBless you guys.
ОтветитьDid you say I get a live chicken?! SOLD!!!!!!!!
Ответить200k Dollars is an apartment in Frankfurt
ОтветитьChinese government officials corruption goes Waay back ..they practically invented it along with paper and gunpowder..
The CCP doesn't care if that graft affects export goods , like melamine- contaminated pet food..
But it draws the line at poisoning thier OWN BABIES with melamine laced baby formula..A few Execs got swift executions for thier Corruption .
Is that a Mass effect jacket (N7?)
ОтветитьThis is a global problem, investors buying up properties inflating the prices so no one can live there. It's affecting all the major cities, look at Louis Rossman reporting on the empty business districts in new york, the deserted apartment buildings. No one lives there anymore, no one does business there anymore.
It amazes me that conservatives are so concerned about the depressive effect of taxes, but has no problem with property prices that nobody can pay. What is a mortgage or rent if not a tax on living and doing business in a place? It's incredibly destructive to life and business.
Have never heard anyone call an 89 square meter apartment tiny, lol. Sounds massive
