wish Secret of Mana woudl have received the remake in the game engien quality, liek Visions of mana now.. the game would have been 1000x better than what SE did with making basicalyl just a remaster, not really a remake.. but I guess, that wont happen anymore.. just hope all, that Vom will become a great success..then are chances bigger that we might eventualyl see somewhen a Dawn of Mana Remake or another new sequel.

The music of this game. The best game sound track ever made. It takes me strait back to my childhood in The 90s when i started this game for The first time.

Secret of Mana was a great game, but its soundtrack had no business being this good.

i've recently finished Visions of Mana and it's a good game, but SoM is something special and will have a special place in my memory :)
besides it was the only Secret of-Game that had a multiplayer feature - and that soundtrack is supererb

For me the best game music in general is that of Zelda. I've played countless times A link to the Past and only 1 time Ocarina Of Time but the music of that games hit me every time. Offcourse I've played a lot more Zelda games on the Wii, the Switch etc.
Second is Secret Of Mana. I played that game also a lot. We even had the extra bridge to play with 3 people on the SNES. It was really great doing that!

This right here is the reason why visions of mana is not a real mana game. This broody and melancholic atmosphere was EVERYTHING in Secret and Trials of Mana.

I absolutely adore this take on some of the pieces of music from the original soundtrack. There is so much harmonic dissonance going on, it is actually quite meditative even for those that aren't audiophiles. I'm going to take this into the forest next to a river, play it low, and sit for an hour or two.

These sound great -- are they remixes? I don't remember the 2018 remake sounding so good.
