How about condo ready update, and i don't have to fix anymore?
ОтветитьVery valuable content. Thank you!
ОтветитьBuying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $160K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions...
ОтветитьI actually prefer communities with rental restrictions. Not everyone wants to live in a place with a lot of renters. Sometimes renters unfortunately can lower quality of life in a neighborhood because they tend to not have the same level of pride in maintaining things and consideration for neighbors that a homeowner would (not all), and there can be frequent transition in who lives there. Sometimes for the better, sometimes not. Just my experience. I lived in a neighborhood with lots of renters, and at times it was horrible. The fewer of them IMO the better.
ОтветитьFind out which maintenance items have been ignored or deferred…….. there is no if !!!
ОтветитьMost important is location, location, location!! A location may look nice in the beginning, with nice high-rise buildings as your neighbors. But, they can easily turn into homeless camps & dangerous areas later on. I would avoid downtown areas & major freeways, especially in large cities. It's best to pick an area in the suburbs around expensive homes surrounding your complex with few businesses, especially bars or nightlife activities where people seem to hang out.
ОтветитьMy condo said “no pets” but my realtor told me to register my dog and cats as emotional support, and I was able to have them because of that 🤷🏻♀️
ОтветитьBro, you need to get your testosterone levels checked. Yesterday.
ОтветитьStay away from townhomes if you hate noises. People are inconsiderate nowadays. Dont recommend!
ОтветитьGreat info.. thanks a lot
ОтветитьExcellent video you did well with covering things that usually aren’t addressed
ОтветитьGreat information and a great video.
"I enjoy fast and furious" as you say.
Thank you
You explained this topic "Things to Know Before Buying a Condo or Townhouse!" really well. Nice one! It's still up to the buyer what they prefer still!👊🤗
ОтветитьIf I buy a condo I should be able to rent it out
ОтветитьNever ever buy a property with an HOA.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI advice anyone trying to buy a house but don’t have the complete funds. I urge you to Invest in stock market, then make good profit before buying a house, his mail address is above my comment
I made $78k after just one week….
I'm really afraid of buying a condo now...so much helpful information but scary!
ОтветитьThe benefit of condos used to be that they were cheap. That is not even the case anymore. Might as well get an apartment.
ОтветитьWhich one has lower hoa fees townhomes or condos?
ОтветитьIs it easier to get approved for a loan on a townhome or condo, since there normally cheaper than single family homes?
ОтветитьWhich one is a better investment for a rental property?
Ответитьi found a townhouse with no HOA fee, does that mean it is not part of an hoa and has no rules?
ОтветитьWonder if you could make a deal Ns pay less on HOA if you agree to never use the pool?
ОтветитьI have basement and I live in a brand new townhouse and I can't hear them talking but I hear a echo with then running up and down stairs
ОтветитьThank you. Super helpful.
Will you discuss TIC and Co Op? What docs we must read before we place an offer?
Could you sell a townhouse, for the exact or a bit more after a few years? I plan on living in a new home hopefully soon, but are considering relocation after.
ОтветитьWow, very informative. Thank you!
ОтветитьThis is the info I was looking for. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьNot all heroes wear capes...some explain the risks of owning a condo. XD
Thank you sir!!!
Very helpful information. Thank you!
ОтветитьGreat info! But I don't think you need a halo light if you're outside. The light was good enough kinda distracting.
Ответитьwow that was a great video! clear, concise, and full of so much information, well done sir.
ОтветитьGood Job 👏🏽
ОтветитьVery helpful video, and very clearly explained. Thank you!
ОтветитьVery helpful!
ОтветитьThank you!
Also take a shot every time he says we need to understand something
Great info
ОтветитьOh My God, I learned so much from this video!!! I heard things that I never knew and never ever thought of!! Thanks a million!
ОтветитьThank you for providing an in depth video with an excellent break down. I understand that any home will require maintenance but at least I can do it on my on terms! I also prefer the idea of owning the land as well. Thank for bringing this information to the light.
ОтветитьIs it good for first time buyer
ОтветитьHow to get into the community newspaper before purchasing it?
ОтветитьI’m single and travel a lot for work, so I didn’t want a home that would sit empty a lot as a target for thieves. I got a condo in a nice building and I don’t regret it. There’s lobby staff and 24/7 security. No one is coming to my door unless they belong in the building. When I leave for a trip, I don’t have to worry about getting someone trustworthy to watch my empty house. Just lock the front door and leave.
Sure, you get more space in a single family home, but I don’t have to mow a lawn/shovel snow, I have a fully stocked gym/pool a few floors down, a reserved parking spot for me and one for a guest, home security, and it’s quiet. I don’t hear road noise, my unit is soundproofed so I have never heard my neighbors, and I’m high enough up that I don’t hear road noise. If I need to go outside and see some grass, I can take the elevator and be outside in a minute. Got a nice view of the city, and when it rains/snows, it’s awesome to watch.
There’s trade offs no matter what you decide, but if you don’t have kids, don’t need a lot of backyard space, or travel a lot for work or fun, you’ll probably have a better time in a condo than a house.
This guy is so lovely to look at. What more does anyone need in life than that right there?
ОтветитьGreat information and well said 👏
ОтветитьWould you recommend a townhome for a first purchase? I was looking in the Buckhead area of Atlanta yo give you an idea of the type of home I’m aiming for
Ответитьcondo buying is tough. I would love to buy a condo in orlando, kissimmee, or melbourne...but with the hoa or condo association fee and the taxes, and the homeowner insurance, and sometimes a "special assessment fee"....its just tough...any condos in orlando without any fees or homeowner insurance or taxes required?
Ответитьwhat if the bank doesnt want to loan due to their criteria? you are photo genic concious, btw.
ОтветитьIts the little things you brought up. Kudos for the info. Thanks so helpful
