do you know why most of the worlds say world not installed? they show up as if i have the packs and when i go to the packs tab it says i have them all but i cant access the new worlds..

Hi , i have some problems with my packs , it says i owned the packs but it doesn't show in my game. The packs have something like "requires the sims 4 and all game updates" , some have it and some not . Can you help?
