Babies are spiritual!! They do all the work in the womb. All you gotta do is be healthy. And that is just to make it easy for them. If they know they gotta be here they coming no matter what you do! We are all spiritually born. With motivation from our past lives. We got a purpose when we die and get reborn. Some babies were under attack by evil spirits they hide themselves until it is safe. PSA: ladies if you find yourself in a situation where you've been having sex (with or without protection), and after a couple of months you feel unbearable sudden pain, get yourself mentally prepared to have a child, just in case. Head to the hospital if possible or call an ambulance. Because unbearable pain is concerning even if you are not giving birth. Once you're in good hands just let the team do it's thing. Again, if you've been sexually active in the past 6-10 months, there is a good chance that you are in labor. If you feel weird pressure that comes and goes, then it is very likely labor. If you feel like you're about to poop after a while of these contractions, then baby is coming. Now, if you managed to get to the hospital, 1) take a couple of hours to rest and recover. You just gave birth 2) Start thinking about your plans. Try to relax and let the staff work for you. However, if labor caught you unawares and that urge to poop comes way too quickly, and you're still at home or just not in the hospital keep an eye out for baby coming out. (Fast labor happens the more you have babies). With the couple of minutes or seconds you've had to comprehend the situation, try to lay down, or stick your hands under you or something of that nature to try a prevent harm to the baby. That being said, babies are very flexible and their bones are soft, so they absorb damage really well, meaning if they fell a small height they will most likely be ok. But that being said just be close to the floor and see what position is most comfortable as you push. When baby is out, put baby immediately on your chest. This will calm down baby and also give the baby warmth. Do not worry about the umbilical chord. Now call for help, and once that is sorted, just lay down with the baby on your chest and wait. I know this situation is crazy and this baby is basically a stranger to you, but he/she is defenseless and needs your help. So do this little human the favor of comfort and warmth, get to the hospital, let the staff take over, get yourself a couple of hours to rest and relax, and after all that think about your next steps. But again, main message here is:
1) weird unexpected extreme pain, get to hospital.
(If you couldn't get there)
2) urge to poop, get down on the floor or squat low, etc. Keep hands under you just in case.
3) all of a sudden there appears a child, put her on your chest immediately.
4) Get Help.



(Steps 2-4) apply to people who couldn't get to the hospital for multiple reasons. In this show these are women who have multiple children, and thus labor really quickly; women who have a medical porblem where menstrual pain is unbearable and confuse labor for this pain instead; women who have incredible pain tolerance and went through labor without knowing; or women in extreme denial. Which is why I've added "TRY to mentally prepare yourself". This is a crazy situation and denial is VERY understandable.

Clarification: when I say on your chest, I mean on your skin. SKIN TO SKIN. That is great both for mom and baby it will relax both of you and keep baby warm. Just careful if you have a shirt or something like that. Just take it off and drape it over you and baby, making sure the baby's face is not covered.

As a 16 year old who has delivered 5 kids just from rollercoasters, I relate a lot to this cause I always feel sick and go to the bathroom, on time I was having twins and I ran to the bathroom and I had complications but I safely delivered two twins.

Why would it take them so long to pick the baby off the dirty floor? Literally anyone could’ve picked up the baby.
