Most of what you say is ok but there are several things which are not so unequivocally. For example - the amount of the water when cleaning the ass. One thing is that there are another ring of muscle deeper in ass - about 8-10cm deeper which works in pair with that on they ending of the rectum - when you open up one of them, the another opens up too - yes - may be in not the same size but still it's opening up. So If you clean just rectum, than it is very possible that another poo which is in colon will come out when you start to stimulate your anus.. I would say that the better way to clean everytging out from the colon is to fill it whith something called bidet shower head - you can buy it even on AliExpress and find the design you wish. So you open the water - of course not cold and not hot - warm water will be the best, so when you open the shower - make the water jet or sream just to feel it fulfills your rectum and is getting higher to colon. The amount of water you should get in your ass ist about 1liter or 1,5liter, not much more because then the water is going to fill the small intestine and you will see and feel your belly will start to become bigger and you don't need it - after it will be very difficult to get all the water out and when you start to play with the ass it can come out when you need it less. And of course - this water will contain everything that was in small intestine - even the not yet processed food and this is not what you want when you are making sex. Whith that I wish you to understand that big amount of water in there is not something you need. Then wash your ass and congratulations - you are absolutely clean and nothing will destroy the event called Sex. For faster and better contaminent seperation from intestinal walls you can roll in the bed or on the floor whith water in. But it is not always easy to keep everything in so be careful. And of course - it would be very nice not to eat before it - aprox 5-8hours depending of the peculiarities of food processing in your body.
