PPOM for WooCommerce - Getting Started [2022]

Hi! Is there a way to add the "FIELD+OPTION VALUE" to the add to cart URL? Something like this... (?add-to-cart=1&ppom_field=option_value)

I can see that PPOM works for simple products, but I have some grouped products that I need to have the form for. Does it work with grouped Products please?
