That's an explanation
ОтветитьI picked up a bottle of Dynamic Triple Black, I'm learning this is not the best black ink to create greywashes with. What am i doing wrong? too much ink?
ОтветитьHey so, do you have anything to do with the transphobic right wing propaganda ads your video is is showing, or do i need to unfuck my algorithm? I came here to watch ink and get bombarded by politics 😹
Ответить🖤I don't think any of us felt judged. You're really giving out straight forward, helpful information 🤘
ОтветитьThis was extremely helpful
ОтветитьThe last tip for checking contrast is really clever!
ОтветитьWonderful tutorial very helpful as well as informative
ОтветитьThat line weight chart is great. Thank you!
ОтветитьPart 2 please sir
ОтветитьI just happened to stumble on this channel.
Nice.... 👌🏿
Good stuff the only thing i disagree with is the "if your lines suck, no amount of shading can fix that." As a realism artist ill run a quick sketch line 90 percent of the time.
ОтветитьThis is amazing
ОтветитьBrother- thanks so much!!
I have an ego issue due to how smart I seem on paper, though there is SOME advantage I have to learning things.
The obvious difficult issue here is trying to interpret "the feel" QUICKLY for shading, lining- EVERYTHING.
Starting on myself- EXACTLY AS YOU SAID- "YOU DON'T WANT YOUR TATTOO 2D!!"...
That's why I'm using tattooing(which is a passion) for cathartic reasons, as well as making a LASTING work- which again was BRILLIANT- THANK YOU!!
So how do you first tat yourself?
I call this "Van G'ocean", but it's equally(attempted as) Monét influenced as well- 2D!!!
And as a BEGINNER, you just keep coming back with lines of motion, and learning to fill and shade. I do maybe 20 min. at a time- again- it's cathartic.
Tonight the first stage is almost done. Yes- it's TOTALLY 2D, and I went for some scars on the crest of a few waves, but I'm pretty proud of where it's going.
No non- artist has any clue what it's about to look like, and mostly because I only do a small bit each time.
Going through a TON of shit right now, and THIS gives me SOLACE, and sadly a MUCH APPRECIATED alternate pain to focus on.
Ooh- digging into that wrist bone is INTERESTING!! 😂😂😅
Very Helpful wow thank you. I'm not a tattoo artist rather the one that gets them. I like to learn new things and I find this very interesting. You did an exceptional job explaining everything. Again ty
Ответить🌕 Sharp guy! Every video he’s Very thorough and is great tattoo Guru. 🤙😎
ОтветитьThank you ❤️❤️
ОтветитьGreat vid and 💜💜💜💜💜🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 the T Shirt!!
ОтветитьThank you
Ответить(DO NOT TATTOO BRIGHT AREAS FIRST!!!)
finish all the solid black areas and only then start shading with your grey wash.
otherwise your light greys will pick up a darker tone from the blacks that u will smudge across them.
You helped me out a ton I've tested my skills on fake skin, oranges, and pumpkins so I thought I'd try it on myself man some have came out great others like trash so ima do about 3 to 4 inch tattoos until I am confident in myself not to fuck up a big tattoo
ОтветитьWhen it needs experience to find out if your tattoo looks good after it healed it means that a lot of people will have to be laboratory mice...
ОтветитьBeen tatting myself for 6 months and your videos definitely help me
Ответитьwow never thought about the contrast part, thanks! subbed!
ОтветитьSweet t shirt bro. Good info as always 👍
ОтветитьThank you , and for the next one I would love a in depth on needle gauges(not size). There’s some info out there but nothing live on the skin. I use a standard 12 and would like to truly know the difference on the skin
ОтветитьThank you you made the complicated things into something understandable and reasonable for our mistakes
Ответить.
ОтветитьI'm just going to echo what so many other people are saying in the comments. I'm also just getting started with tattooing and I've found your tutorial videos so helpful. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьAs a new tat artist I am so grateful for your informative videos 🙏🏽💪🏽 thank you for sharing your knowledge. Most experienced tat artists don’t like helping new tat artists. The fact that you take the time to provide insight is amazing 🫶🏽 thank you for your knowledge, your time and your expertise 🤙🏽 These videos have been so helpful
ОтветитьI agree you are a very good teacher. And I will add an excellent artist. I hope you keep making these videos.
ОтветитьYet another very useful video. Great job! Concise and well put together. Thank you so much for this valuable resource.
ОтветитьThank you so much for the tip at the end. I also struggle with picking the right colors. So excited to try it out.
ОтветитьAnother great video from the Honest artist himself🤘🏻
ОтветитьGracias bro!!
ОтветитьThank you so much for the content. It's really helped me progress as an artist and tattooing. You're a stud!
ОтветитьLove u tyler
ОтветитьThank you for the information, I have been tattooing for a little while and those are a few things I didn't know but I am glad that I know now so thank you very much I truly appreciate it 👍
