I’m glad I found this video 🥺 I just got in my rented room from church. My mind was all over places this past few days and I feel like my old me (bubbly, optimistic, hardworker, productive) is slowly fading. I felt like I’m kinda lost. I recently had a breakup (about 3months ago) i couldn't help myself but cry to sleep everyday thinking why this shit happened with me and blaming myself in every way possible.
But after I realised that my ex partner's behaviour was really toxic i moved on for better!
I started loving myself ( I hated myself during my relationship) , i evolved, i grew confidence in my own skin, I thought myself as a powerful strong beautiful woman.
I never hurted or thought bad of myself since then!
Am still evolving. Am surrounding myself with positive energy, with people that actually cares for me and brings the good in me. I started to spend time with myself more.
I started valuing myself and gave myself the love she deserves!

Am so happy and proud of myself that I got out of such a bad situation. I also struggled with past traumas which I overcame.
The past me hated it when someone badmouthed about me my body or stuff. But the new me just don't give a fuck to them as in my mind I always think "am better than them"

I just wanna say thankyou so much Liz. You are like the elder sister that I never got. I really love you and your advices. I always note down your advices and rely upon them and it made me better.

недели две назад (может даже чуть раньше) я потихоньку впадала в такое состояние, похожее на депрессию, мне ничего не хотелось, я хотела прийти домой и спать, то есть как бы отстраниться от других, у меня было апатичное состояние, все раздражало. я не могла осознать, что сейчас я нахожусь в комнате, на уроке и т.д. будто бы что-то меня блокировало.

я зашла в ютуб, думаю может послушать саблиминалы, аффирмации и о боже, каким-то чудом мне попадается это прекраснейшее, волшебное видео.

автор подтолкнул меня, напомнил мне о той жизни, о таких-то событиях, о мечтах, целей, о которых я задумывалась, мечтала ночами, днями.

знаете, будто бы ты в реальной жизни поговорила с этой чудесной девушкой, я очень благодарна автору. очень. это видео повлияло на мою жизнь в дальнейшем.
