ОтветитьAbsolutely loved this. This is way more than I expected
ОтветитьWhat song are you all using at the beginning of the video?
Ответитьplease make sure you A/B your changes with the mix. It doesn't matter how it sounds when it's solo'd if the mix sounds bad.
ОтветитьThat unmasking is amazing
ОтветитьIzotope is literally insane! Thank you izotope and the presenter as well, it's like just load one plugin and get your mix ready for distribution
ОтветитьHey there Bro Jeff. I like this feature in this Neutron4 plugin, but men i can take away my eyes from your background. Those speakers are just killing me. I had to lend mine to church during COVID season and they were short circuited and that's how my production was never the same again. So i have been using headphone ever since which have caused me a lot of health issues. So i am kindly asking if you have any you can bless me with men You can have done a lot and save me, my health, my family and essentially the people that i support the gifted but unfortunate within my community.
ОтветитьThe Bass on your voice and your soft tone is very annoying. It’s hurting my ear and chest.
ОтветитьMore witchcraft from the team
ОтветитьWonderful tutorial I will come back to when I need to use this module. Thanks for your hard work on everything you do at Izotope.
ОтветитьI hate poeple saying bad stuff about smart plugins. They help but you still need the knowledge to set all comps, ranges on a spectrum, thresholds etc, It's great, It's like a simplified chain. Works like a charm on cubase !
ОтветитьAmateurs also master their own tracks. And very rarely does someone truly pursuing a career as an artist mix their own songs. And it’s not even for the reasons most people will tell you about how ‘it’s so hard to mix yourself’… You adapt. It’s because to become a decent mixer (opposed to a delusional person that can’t hear a difference between their mixes and that of a reputable engineer), it takes years. I can make a pretty good mix after obsessing on it for 2 years… courses, tutorial after tutorial, thousands of hours mixing my own songs. But it was a huge mistake. There’s only so much time in a day. I still have to take enough stimulants to function on 4 hours of sleep and work a full time job while writing/recording every other available minute. When I added mixing to the equation, less than half of my already limited ‘music time’ was spent studying and applying mixing techniques that people on fiver (who have exclusively studied mixing for a decade plus) would’ve done for $50 a song. It may take a couple of hundred $ to find the right one, but if that’s not worth thousands of hours of practice on what most of you claim to want, then you don’t understand the amount of sheer content you have to release to have a chance to make a living in the most oversaturated industry ever. Just pay someone better or admit you care more about being a famous artist than a great artist.
Ответить"Yo dawg, we heard you like tooltips, so here is a tooltip for your tooltips." - that one made me laugh.
ОтветитьNo band linking in exciter? Seriously?
ОтветитьDamn bro I like you Logic Videos
ОтветитьCan you make a beat live for your fans?
ОтветитьThis thing is brutal on CPU :/ I've got a 12 core Ryzen 9 bleeding out its arse with this thing lol
ОтветитьWill you do an in depth tutorial of RX 10??
ОтветитьThanks Jeff! 🙌 Does the EQ have a follow feature?
ОтветитьExcellent detailed walkthrough. Definitely excited about getting this.
Ответитьexcellent stuff, thank you
Ответить“Intelligent” and “Assistant” Just skip those features and make music. You know about music, right? These excellent tools enable you to do real innovation. Like most any artist, be highly offended when the machine says such things as “start building your…” “play some audio” or “listening to your audio” and especially “preparing your custom setting.”
If you’re really feeling adventurous, continue to call your artist’s music “audio.” They’ll understand.
I have an iMac late 2013. Can’t upgrade past Catalina. Means I can’t use this. Any older versions available?
ОтветитьI've never really been that familiar with Neutron. After watching this, I'm going to start experimenting with it..I have the whole suite, so some of the programs have kind of slipped my attention. Great vid!
ОтветитьRE: Mix Assistant, am I correct in thinking Relay isn't needed anymore? I using the trial version of Neutron 4 with Logic 11 and can't find Relay but the visual mixer is recognising relevant tracks and interacting with them.
ОтветитьGreat tool!
ОтветитьI am impressed about the delay effect in the singer of the tracks used as example for the unmaske mode. Is there any chance of knowing how it has been done?
ОтветитьHello Great video. Newbie to using Izotope production suite. I have my instrument (and vocal) tracks grouped (Ableton Live 12 Standard) 1- Do you put an instance of Neutron 4 on each track, get the results you want and then on the bus/aux track (going to the master track) or just the bus/aux track or both? Thanks in advance.
ОтветитьGreat walkthrough of the modules, but the audio examples were absolutely annoying. Hard to make it to the end of that good tutorial. IMHO
ОтветитьIf you have Ozone 11 say..... you wouldn't need this Neutron 4 - Is that correct?
ОтветитьI cannot find that side chain input button. Is it because I’m running the trial version?
ОтветитьI have just downloaded Neutron 4, but Relay was not included. There are no links on the Izotope website to download Relay. Can you please assist as to where I can find Relay ?
ОтветитьIs it a good idea to use this on individual tracks/instruments as well? Or just group?
ОтветитьExcellent! Wish I would have found this video two years ago when it was published. Where the hell have I been? 🙃 Already tried a few of the tips and they are going to be very helpful.
Ответитьthanks a lot. I do not miss the times where you had to dig into documentations of a product. video tutorials like this changed everything 😙
ОтветитьYou rock!!!
ОтветитьIn electronic dance music most people put the kick drum on the same bus as the bass. In Neutron it looks like it expects the kick drum is on its own? and actually in his example the kick drum is together with the drums?
Ответитьas someone who learned pretty much everything stock for Logic prior to buying plugins and going a step further, I can now see the true power of using something like Izotope across tracks. AI is the future and Izo seems to embrace this. The day I used Ozone 11 on my master bus (which I know that its not recommended technically lol) truthfully the sound of my tracks completely changed. Like everything just glued together at the end and made the track whole. Really some groundbreaking stuff.
ОтветитьThis is perfect. I should've watched this video way earlier when I first got Neutron
ОтветитьIt’s like 85% ozone 11 … yea not worth that price
ОтветитьAround the 19min mark when you talk about resetting with the blue icon. Does it reset it back to the learned values? You followed up by saying you can reset globally by pressing relearn. Does that only relearn this instance of neutron or all instances you may have on your project's.
ОтветитьSo with the Virtual Mixer, I want to do any gain automation after getting the gain staging right on the plugin with all faders at unity gain? Is that correct?
ОтветитьWould love an update on this video for Neutron 5! 😎
ОтветитьVery clear thank you 😎👏
ОтветитьGreat Video, but I wish there was more detail in the Mix Assistant, since this ist the "Magic" that Neutron is supposed to do. Didn't even scratch the surface.
ОтветитьHow does the mix assistant interact with volume and pan automation? Can you automate volume and pan changes or does the whole song has to be static from start to end the same way you set it up in the mix assistant?
ОтветитьIs a “fresh” person supposed to know what a “UI” is at birth or something?
Ответить
