Who has had success with this, I assume after the last thing you do with the PTT, you just restart and your computer boots up? Mine is not... I have gone into my Microsoft Account, I find the bitlocker code that is attached to this laptop, it even shows my serial number, but it still does not work, any help would be greatly appreciated
