looking this after the remake I think the OF looks a bit better I know the remake has better textures but I feel the overall color grading of the original is better for some reason, like there's more contrast and brighter colors in a lot of scenes

I have to tweak something in my mb bios to get my 13900k run at 5.8 ghz?

ive copied your settings and made sure everything is uodated and patched correctly, but when i first load into the game i have white screen. i can pause and see the game menu but i cant play. whats the fix? thanks

Hey people, I have an issue with the emulation, maybe someone can help.
Idk if this is something to do with my game install or what but in the intro of the game when you are with Joel's daughter (idk if it happens further as I haven't played it more) There is constantly missing audio. At first when she pick's up the phone that doesn't make any sound, neither the bed when she get's up. Then when the first zombie appears and breaks the glass door there is no breaking glass sound and after that there isn't any car noises when Joel's brother pick's them up.

I would like to have those missing sounds as it's just annoying not being able to hear them.

What is making going down time to time to 60fps to 50fps and even down to 40fps to 30fps isn’t this at it full load mask out?

How important is GPU for RPCS3? Does having a 4090 vs a 3090 really make much of a difference?

I think the most demanding ps3 games for emulation are this game, killzone 2, gran turismo 6, metal gear 4 and red dead redemption. The rest of them, like God of war 3, run on cheaper hardware. Can you test gt6 or mg4? I'm patiently waiting for a CPU that can run these at a steady 60.

This is pretty impressive. I was thinking of upgrading to this processor and ddr5 ram from a ryzen 5 5600x. Have you tested yuzu emulator? I'm hoping to play breath of the wild 2 at 4k when it releases on my pc. Also can you test mgs4 and god of war 3?

my 5800x and 3080 look feel like garbage compare to this bunin setup... fastest i have ever seen this game go and I own it and run it on my rig via rpcs3 with no where near same performance

Sony and Naughty Dog should make a PC port for both Last of Us Part 1 and Part 2 in a bundle deal, like Uncharted 4 and Lost Legacy. They usually like to keep a year of exclusivity for PlayStation and Tlou Part 1 was released was released last month... September 2023 for PC port?

Did you have any issues with the 4090? I'll get mine in 2 days and I'm a bit worried, I hear a lot of bad stuff, from melting power connectors/adapters to the card not giving the monitor a singal on certain platforms, driver related crashes in games...

Now that Uncharted Thieves Collection runs great on pc it bodes well for upcoming release of Last of us part 1. No need for a behemoth machine to play 4k 120fps with dlss.
