This workout is great because you get upper body lower body and core workout. Before you know it 16 minutes is gone

Great walking workout!❤😊. I used 1/2 weight gloves to get my heart rate higher and I’m sweating 😅😅. I loved the commentary; it made me laugh and smile 😂😊

Honestly these workouts have been the best, I had an emergency c section. Very traumatic and it made me realise I should take better care of myself and gain confidence because of the lack of confidence in myself is the cause of my emergency c section (I was told to give up by someone who I called a friend, and deeply regret listening to because i knew I could of done it I needed to believe in myself). I’m 3months PP feeling good and since the 5th of December 18lbs down! Went way past my prepregnancy weight! I did it in steps with diet then slowly did work outs ( I still eat what I want just in moderation, breastfeed makes you crave a lot lol) Not everyone can lose weight so quickly so don’t beat yourself up if u are struggling. Have fun with workouts don’t make it feel like a chore, have fun and don’t concentrate on ur weight be happy and confident no matter what happens! Life’s too short to beat yourself up I spend 4 weeks beating myself up about my traumatic birth and horrible recovery but here I am 3 months PP making changes to my mindset and feeling so much better and confident❤️💗🫶🏼

This one is great. I've just turned 69 and have a wee bot of arthritis in some joints; this was ideal for me, getting movement without stress.

Love it , honestly after a calf injury I never really recovered properly so have to be careful these workouts hit the spot for me as I am so frightened of getting injured again but it’s a proper workout Thankyou
