I spent the holiday with my mom and sister knowing this would be the last year of us all together as I can see us going in different directions and I will be moving internationally. I don't feel we would see each other again in the near future once we all move to new locations.

I took my 90 year old mom, and we moved away from our abusive husband/father and daughter/sister. It took 62/59 years of abusive to finally break free. But we are free. Mom can live the rest of her life with unconditional love and peace. Thank you for your insights.

I have understood for the past few years that all of one's higher self can not fit into the body and that meditation etc. Helps to make that connection. It is disappointing to me that AI would be facilitating this connection and therefore people would not need to go inward themselves. This doesn't seem right to me.
