The mysterious Makalani Movement show is the culmination of street performers Guide to the Galaxy and the Makalani Jones Show from street performing to the conventional theatrical stage it's the stage show of street performers Guide to the Galaxy. The concepts that are in my mind when I'm street performing away from my full band, and I'm with the satellite of the Makalani movement,and when I'm performing  with the munchkins .The munchkins are my children and I've trained them how to play. More specifically  how to play the music of New Orleans Louisiana .

The  Makalani  Movement Show is highly captivating because your attention is embraced  with in your face, up close, stage hypnosis, and David Blaine's style Magic from an up-and-coming young magician by the name of Wai Gee (YG). YG has been cultivating his skills as a magician since he started the actual practice of magic at age 9 .he's been doing magic ladies and gentlemen since the age of 9 years old.
Then there's the spoken word slam style poetry from my artists from the Golden Triangle I have poetic Miss Lisa Dawn Samuels and Crystal Clear . These ladies aim to  please , by giving the top-notch love and erotic adult grown and sexy poetry that anyone could ask for .

This event is electric and spectacular and will be navigated by the host and narrator of the show Coop Dawg 20/20 .Stand up comedian and R&B vocalist from the Golden Triangle , COOP Dawgs resume is extensive and long and he will definitely have you cracking a side in your shoulder as if you were listening to Bruce Bruce or Earthquake from the earlier days of, the  C The Conedy Act Theatre in on the Hotlanta Scene, or the Comedy store out on the Westside in LosAngeles CA.

The Makalani Movement  is Kold, Dope, and live keeping it hot for you on the ones and twos on the microphone seamless music no spaces or gaps in between song no lag in time from song to song.On stage you're going to hear the song repertoire of the Makalani Movement from the debut album white cotton watermelon released February 2013,and you're also going to hear the the original compositions from the Makalani Movement album entitled late night sessions,recorded live at Ruta Maya in Austin Texas on South Congress.         Makalani Jones grew up in the 70s and witnessed the fascinating dance styles and authentic Funk forms like popping and locking ,also the exciting electric music of Quincy Jones Stevie wonder and Herbie Hancock . So as a result, as a  classically trained musician and trumpet player in the Genre of 18th century Baroque style classical music, Makalani fuses hip-hop with jazz, making it Acid Jazz. His Rhythms within his music are the type of hip-hop  Jazz that you can dance to , that you can get on the floor  that you can move to, that you can Groove to ,that you can bust a move to . Makalani's lyrics are Priceless and meaningful and along with being a band leader,  A jazz vocalists  a jazz Trumpeter and spoken word poet he's also a great father . This is going to be an excellent show . It's going to be explosive and electric and I advise you should be there . We do look forward to seeing you there.       Since I just got back in town from my Western Seaboard Tour of Yoshi's playing the Bay in San Francisco and Oakland California and doing my Eastern Seaboard tour of the New York Syracuse, Boston Massachusetts, and playing Constitution Hall in Buffalo New York I'm excited to get a chance to come home to warmer weather and play in front of my hometown people here in Shreveport Louisiana .
