jQuery Tip #1 Tooltip

Today is the beginning of a series of small useful tips you use every day in webdesign. Using the most popular JavaScript language on the web, of course jQuery!

So this tip is how to make a tooltip. Basically using magic aka jQuery were going to take markup and make it display above an element when you hover over an item.
