Why is everyone infatuated with taking off fast? Slow down and think about wtf you are doing. Relax man. Make sure you are in a legal airspace, check the weather and winds, calibrate. Check the props, allow time for gps lock, check all your systems. Trying to rush take off is irresponsible and just stupid.

If could power on drone before setting up arms. It could save few seconds

In your dreams unless you are flying in a non controlled air space, because if you are in a controlled air space and you don't take care off those permission ahead of time that minute is down the drain. So in essence this could be real only in non controlled airspace, otherwise is a lie.
