Poor class Planning. I am professional Urban Planner having 5 years of experience in designing Housing Schemes, Towns, Subdivision plans etc etc. You know nothing about byelaws. Just wasting people time. Plot should be at right angle. Your curved plots are useless. Before planning we identify sun path and we do most plot to south facing. Please learn before teaching.
