If anyone is curious.....The pH of Aquafina ranges from 5.8-6.4. My source is my $190 Blue Labs PH Pen.
I grow large amounts of "medical tomatoes". My Ph needs to be 6.6-6.8. I have Michigan well water (very hard water, loaded with calcium magnesium manganese zinc copper etc....that averages 7.25 ph. I mix them at 50/50 i get a perfect 6.6-8 ph.

This isn't super helpful unless you're testing your own distilled water. Minerals will show up in well/natural sources of water snd they healthy for the average person to drink. You really wanna focus on pH and making sure there aren't contaminants like fluoride and chlorine, as in city water. Those can make you sick, esp if you drink tons of that water. Typically the things added to bottled water are (unless it's "nursery water", which adds flouride) minerals that are electrolytes so they actually help your body hold onto the water and those are the things that help reduce water poisoning, which is when you drink too much water and drown out your natural electrolytes so your body can't process it and it can kill you. So look at ingredients in your bottled water. Most people don't like Dasani, for example, because they add potassium and sodium... these are electrolytes. So it might not be your favorite tasting, as sodium is obviously salty tasting, but it would be a good type of water to drink if you were outside at a festival or event where you're sweating a lot and drinking a lot of water, as it would help your body make the most of the water you're drinking. As long as you don't have renal problems. Then those minerals can build up too much because your kidneys can't process them. But even then, if you're out and grab a Dasani (or other water with certain minerals), just one bottle isn't going to have enough to hurt you. The levels aren't as high as things like sports drinks.

Thank you very much for conducting this test I was wondering the Niagara water which was very low parts per million was that good or bad based on a scale because I’ve seen some other videos that your videos very important Cuz you sampled size so many different brands and also even tapwater but I was just wondering was that not good because other videos indicated not safe to drink what are your thoughts

My plumber that replaced the membrane and the 3 filters for an inline osmosis drinking water tap faucet, said once it tests over 40, the filters should be replaced.
Clearly seeing Nestle is not a good drinking water.

You need some minerals / salts in water if you need to drink a lot (you can drink too much) and dont otherwise supplement them. There are some states in North America that for decades have been putting as much as 4,000ppm of Fluoride in water! That is so toxic to you brain it’s literally mind blowing

A non scientist trying pitifully to do science. For accurate readings your electrodes should be CLEANED and DRIED before putting it in another water sample. All you did was contaminate your next water source with the water before it.

Thanks for clarification on the PPM and disolved solids. People think low ppm equals highest quality water and no contaminants. A TDS/ppm meter is a nonselective measurement and cannot differentiate among different ions. A more sophisticated piece of equipment is needed to perform those types of measurements.A TDS tester is not sensitive enough to measure toxic levels of lead, chromium-6, or arsenic, even if they are present in a sample. This is because the reading displayed on an inexpensive TDS meter is in parts per million, while things like lead, chromium-6, and arsenic are toxic at part per billion concentrations (1000 times lower). Using a TDS meter to measure ppb lead concentrations in tap water is like trying to use a car’s odometer to measure a child's height…. It's the wrong tool

Bottled water in America is the greatest scam ever. Most people cannot tell the difference, and tap water is equally safe or safer than all bottled waters.

You didn't clean your tester in between testing your different cups of water, you also talk a lot - I think your video could have been like 5 minutes shorter and more concise. You also don't need to hold your water tester in the water - just touch it and press hold = done.
