What is different between zkteco access and zkteco security?

I have C3-200. But I got entry and exit report as long as my Computer and Zkaccess is open. When my PC is off, no access record is stored in the c3 board. I mean when I turn on computer and I don't get any access report of the time when the PC was off. How crazy is that? Should I keep my PC on 24/7? Doesn't it store access report to it's memory? I also put memory card to it.

Total rubbish software, I suggest DO NOT buy this machine. Too much complex and too difficult to use. NO after sale services provided by company. Problems face everyday with this software.... Cannot Delete employee data after they resign. Software creates new employee data with "numbers titles" automatically. you cannot remove this data created by software.
