HongDian D5 Great New Colors Fountain Pen Review

I have been thoroughly enjoying my one & only D5 in Black and Silver with a dark fine nib.

Red + dark chrome for me - if only there was a chance stubby BB in dark chrome...

Idk those type of pens kinda look uncomfortable. They look nice but uncomfortable

Thank you for this video on the D5. I originally bought the black and gold model. Who's is proudly sitting in my display tray in my bookcase.

The big decision is which one to get. The blue and gold is beautiful, but the purple and gold is stunning.

I never knew I'd had an ink window!

I'm very happy with my blue/gold pen. Now, I'm tempted by the black/chrome version. For those who think that it might be uncomfortable to hold; not at all. It was fun; seeing all your little creature pen holders.

Chris, is it the ink or the paper or the nib that causes that feathering on the page? It seems broader than a F. Thanks again for another fun review, and say hello to the crabs.

D5 is my pen of 2023. Red, Green and Black/Black so far. That blue looks much nicer than the pics on Amazon… I might go for it. And i recommend the green!

Um...Excuse me. But, am I the only here who thinks that these are utterly ugly looking pens? 😮

Bought the purple model D5 a couple weeks ago,.....very very impressive in the hand too. I've not yet inked it but will in the near term. It's so nice I will next buy the red one,........cheers.
