how to show windows 10 where the dfu driver is for dfuse/ct5 fw updates

Holy effing crap man! You just helped me out like you can't believe. I've been trying for two weeks to get this DMR radio software to recognize my new radio and programing cable. I tried soo many things and your instructions were the first to bear any fruit. Thank you sooooooooooooooo much!!!

I am in the group of: what if it doesn't show up under "other devices"? 😂 Using Win 10 Pro on a Mac with Parallels Desktop. I've tried a whole day to get my radio connected.
