Around this time 3 years ago this happened. They said billions was lost. With a B!!! Includes everything from insects to small animals to large ones then COVID hit. And most of everyone ran to the stores and stocked up and stayed in.

Here in SW of Australia we've fortunately not had too many of the worst bushfires in my time, but a few have burned through property where my relatives live. One is a stables and they have wild kangaroos, birds and mammals there. I was there after a big fire and the memory of what it did to the animals I saw still stops me short and brings a tear to my eye. The suffering is just appalling. It makes you want to do anything you can, and it changes you to see it

So heartbreaking.

Also happening here....restoring hope in mankind. Hero's all!
