This helped so much! I didn’t actually have to use the crash fix. I have an hp envy and i just had to make the graphics priority and set it to run on windows 7 instead of 11 and it worked 💕

Mines is hoyoverse and yours is mihoyo Are they the same? Because if they are not idk if it will work😅

Bro to solve it just buy i new laptop or pc.very very impossible to play genshin impact in potato pc or laptop or ur old pc device.i have experienced too with old laptop and my old pc
If u disk already red and ur laptop or pc ever get big broken lag before im not recommended you play genshin impact ur.if ur cant buy new pc ot new laptop jusy save ur money dan Strive save ur money.that how i can buy my new pc.
