Cookie Dough Protein Bites😍 These are a yummy dessert or snack idea!😋

This makes about 12 bites, 2 bites is one serving
•
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter, I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts (120 ml)
3 - 4 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS)
1/2 cup (vegan) protein powder (120 ml)
1 - 2 tablespoons almond milk or milk of choice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:
3 oz. / 85g 80% dark chocolate
crushed nuts of choice, I used peanuts
•
1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Roll into balls and place on a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Let set in the fridge for 1 hour
4. Melt the chocolate
5. Dip the bites in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top. Let set in the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy
6. Store in the fridge

ОтветитьMy biggest issue with healthy desserts is that I end up binging, thinking that healthy doesn't mean calorically dense 😂
I find that these healthy desserts are so much easier to eat large quantities of because they aren't as disgustingly sweet and are so nutrient-rich.
I was always been wondering if you have chubby cheeks or big ears cuz seems like you mostly like to cover almost half of your face with your beautiful blonde hair… but damn girl…. You’re so friggin beautiful and pretty when you exposed your entire face having your hair back to your ears like this!!!😭💕😍

ОтветитьPeanuts have aflatoxins. Isolated protein powders are causing extreme illness in body builders. Dark chocolate has heavy metals: People can just call any old crap ‘healthy’? Words used to mean things.

ОтветитьYou can leave out the protein powder if you don’t like the taste of it, which I don’t. But you can add in some oat flour instead. I make these all the time and the best peanut butter and the best nut butter for that matter that you can add, is the one that you make at home and all you have to do is take some unsalted nuts of choice and put them in a food processor, and eventually they will turn into butter and there’s no added sugar there’s no added salt but you can add a little bit if you like, . but you don’t have to and it makes these treats even healthier. Just make sure when you’re using the food processor to make your own nut butter that you’re processing and then you have to scrape it down and keep processing and keep scraping it down. Eventually it will turn into nut butter and it is so good.!
